Very less & short hair

I wait for 15months..my daughter's hair still very short...
me wanna help her decorate with hair clips, nice hairband also can't..

I every day put olive oil on her hair..also no results..

she wear skirt also looks 'bo sui'...haha!!!

    my girl's hair also less, but I keep apply olive oil and can see it grow a bit more... so, dun give up, keep apply the olive oil... give her a hat when at outside, especially under sun, can protect her hairscalp and looks pretty also...
